Arrellaga St.

From the outset, our design focused on creating boundaries that protect without feeling enclosed. A custom redwood fence wraps the property, providing warmth and privacy while blending seamlessly into the home’s coastal architecture. On the far side of the garage, we constructed a discreet trash enclosure to maintain visual harmony and cleanliness throughout the outdoor space.

The client’s passion for golf inspired one of the property’s most distinctive features—a fully integrated practice green and chipping area. Designed to flow naturally across the entryway, it allows for chipping from one side of the courtyard into a multi-hole putting green on the other. This functional play space adds both elegance and leisure to the landscape, turning everyday practice into an extension of the home’s character.

Beyond the centerpiece elements, we modernized the property’s irrigation and lighting systems for efficiency and longevity, ensuring that every detail—from turf quality to night lighting—enhances both safety and ambiance.

The result is a private, family-friendly retreat that balances play and peace—a space where craftsmanship meets lifestyle, and design responds thoughtfully to the rhythms of everyday living.
