Mulching

One of the last steps for making a property look really good is the proper selection of mulch. Not only does it cover irrigation drip lines, landscape lighting cable, weed protection fabric, and other hardware related to the landscape construction work done, but it also increases the nutritional value of your soil.

If you want beautiful, thriving plants, you’ll want to keep the moisture protected below a nice layer of mulch around the base of your trees and plants. As it decomposes the particles break down into smaller molecules and feed all the wonderful insects and bacteria we need to replenish the soil and deliver rich nutrients to your garden.

While picking up free mulch from the transfer station can save a few bucks in material cost, it does not come without it’s related challenges. We would really only recommend this for certain applications and areas. For just a little more, we can deliver high quality, attractive walk on bark, gorilla hair, cedar, fir, redwood, and other higher quality blended mulch options.

When we get to this point of your project we will simply show you some options to pick from and get your approval on your preferred material. Then it’s just a quick trip to pick up and deliver the bulk quantity your project requires with one of our dump trucks. Our team will spread it as needed throughout all your planter beds and clean the excess off all your walkways and peripheral areas thereafter.
