How does the Clearview team respect my time and treat it as valuable?

To start off, all work is scheduled on a first come first served basis. This means you can’t cut in line in front of someone else who signed their paperwork and paid their down payment to start work before you. It also means we will not start your project or any new project before the a previous project is finished and one of our construction teams is ready to work and be dedicated to that project first. Next, once we do start your project, we are committed to working there every day until the project is finished. This means our team will be at work on your property every working day until it is finished, and this goes on regardless of whatever else people on our team have going on outside of work on your project. Of course we all have personal issues that can come up, people getting sick, funerals, and weddings… but other than that, we are very committed to not leaving your project at any time to start another project until yours is done. Believe it or not, this is a HUGE commitment to you. Many a Contractor are known for coming up with excuses mid way through a project to go help on another project only to secure a larger project with someone else and then never return, or at least not come back for a very long time, leaving you (who signed up for service first) with an unfinished construction project staring you in the face. Day in and day out over and over again this can be incredibly frustrating for you as a home owner. And this is exactly why we don’t do it to our Clients. We value your time and respect your priorities and give you our undivided attention when it is your turn in our cue for work. It’s by doing all these things and more that we don’t get too overextended or spread too thin with our team. And after years of doing what we do, we know the industry well, and understand that this is the landscape contracting business model that works best.
